Hi, I’m Alyssa, a Harvard freshman studying Psychology on the Pre-Med track.

As a first-generation college student from rural Louisiana, I know how confusing the college application process can feel. With limited resources, I had to find my own path—discovering programs like QuestBridge (a full-ride scholarship program for low-income students) and Matriculate (a free mentorship program for college applicants), where I now serve as an advisor, to help me navigate my journey to Harvard.

In high school, I earned the College Board National Rural and Small Town Award, gained hands-on medical experience through AHEC’s summer program, and balanced a leadership role at Domino’s Pizza. Now, I’m here to help students like you—whether it’s navigating college applications, balancing academics and extracurriculars, or finding leadership opportunities.
