Hi, I’m Matheus, a Harvard sophomore studying Bioengineering.
Originally from Brazil, I moved to the U.S. and navigated the challenges of adapting to a new education system while excelling in academics, leadership, and college admissions. With the right mentorship, I earned acceptances to Harvard, Brown, Cornell, Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, UChicago (likely letter), and more with full scholarships.
Now, I’m passionate about paying it forward. I’ve founded mentorship programs like Valley Comunidad Latina (supporting First-Gen Latinx students) and Proverbs 17 (a Brazilian-American community initiative), while also leading cultural and STEM-based organizations.
