Hey! I’m Steph, a Harvard graduate from an Ecuadorian family and a first-generation college student.

Navigating education with limited guidance was tough, but mentorship changed my life. My journey in education started at 15 as a teaching assistant, and since then, I’ve worked as a teacher, program director, college admissions counselor, and SAT tutor, helping students at every stage of their academic path.

Beyond academics, I focus on self-advocacy, confidence-building, and goal-setting. Whether it's crafting compelling college applications, developing strong study habits, or overcoming challenges as an underrepresented student, I provide practical strategies to empower long-term success.
