Refund Policy

At Eduvance, we are committed to providing high-quality mentorship experiences for our students. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to offer a fair refund policy while maintaining the integrity of our mentorship program.


1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility – Refunds are available only for unused sessions in 1:1 mentorship programs. Group mentorship programs are non-refundable once the program begins.
1.2 Refund Request Process – To request a refund, email [email protected]Β with your name, program details, and reason for the request.
1.3 Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued back to the original payment method.


2. 1:1 Mentorship Refund Policy

2.1 Refund for Remaining Sessions – If a student withdraws from the 1:1 mentorship program, they are eligible for a refund only for unused sessions at a rate of $100 per session not attended.
2.2 No Refund for Completed Sessions – Sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable.
2.3 Session Cancellation by Mentor – If a mentor is unable to complete the program due to unforeseen circumstances, students may either:
βœ… Be reassigned to another mentor
βœ… Receive a prorated refund for remaining sessions

2.4Β Non-Refundable Missed Sessions – If a student fails to attend a scheduled 1:1 or group session without prior rescheduling, the session is considered completed and non-refundable.
2.5Β Student Responsibility – Students are responsible for managing their schedules and attending sessions on time. No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for personal scheduling conflicts, last-minute cancellations, or no-shows.


3. Group Mentorship & Program Refund Policy

3.1 No Refunds for Group Programs – Due to the structured nature of our 5-week mentorship program, refunds are not available once the program begins.
3.2 Program Cancellation by Eduvance – If Eduvance cancels a program, students will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future program.
3.3 Missed Sessions – Group sessions that are missed by the student are non-refundable but may be supplemented with recorded sessions or additional resources if applicable.


4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

4.1 Unauthorized Transactions – If you believe there was an incorrect charge, please contact us first at [email protected]Β before filing a dispute. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
4.2 Chargeback Policy – Filing a chargeback without first requesting a refund may result in being banned from future Eduvance programs and services.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

5.1 Medical or Family Emergencies – In cases of medical issues, family emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, we may offer a partial refund or program credit upon review.
5.2 Transfer to Another Student – If a student cannot continue the program, they may transfer their spot to a sibling or eligible friend with approval.
